Inspect your table at the time you receive it!
We take a lot of time to carefully crate and protect your table to avoid damage. However, there is only so much we can protect against.
Take the table out and look at both sides before you accept the shipment.
Report any minor damage at the time of delivery and see that the driver notes the damage on the delivery form. We recommend you deny shipment all together if major damage is noticed, and call us right away.
Once you sign for a truck line delivery, you’ve accepted it in the condition that you received it and there’s nothing we can do to recover shipping costs, damages or replace the damaged table from the shipping company.
If you run into damage to your table or packaging, email us at email@example.com immediately with your return number and we will call you back within minutes.
Additional Trucking Charges:
Freight companies charge additional fees, that we do not cover as part of your free shipping, for any additional services. These additional services can include services like: changing delivery address, inside delivery, return delivery, lift gate service, call ahead services, white glove service, etc.
The cost of any of the above requests will be charged a minimum of $150 to utilize any of these services. If we are aware any service requests ahead of time, please let us know before we build the table. These same services can possibly cost much less if we request the service while booking the shipment.
