Return Policy:

We take extreme pride in the quality and craftsmanship of all our gaming tables. We have built a reputation for customer service by going out of our way to make sure our customers are satisfied. If we need to transact a return, here is our policy.
Every table is built individually and custom for your personal needs. This means that you have only 48 hours if you have second thoughts about your purchase and looking for a full refund. After that point, there is a 20% restocking fee for all tables. Any custom table legs, custom felt prints, or template felt prints are non-refundable after the first 48 hours of purchase.

We will honor exchanges and refunds on all non-custom poker tables for up to 30 days from the date of delivery. All shipping charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer and the freight must be properly packaged and arrive back to us in new condition. If your table was not properly packaged for return transit, we will itemize damaged or lost pieces and deduct it from the final refund total. There is a 20% restocking fee for all tables and any custom artwork or felts are non-refundable, unless there is a manufacturing defect.

We cannot accommodate returns for items with concealed damage or shipping damage until the insurance portion has been concluded between you and the shipping company. It is very important that you understand the shipping policy to avoid a long delay or the inability to return for damage in shipment.

Color Matching:

We cannot guarantee a perfect color match on any vinyl’s or felts unless you request a hard proof at an additional cost. This is because we cannot control what color your monitor shows you. If you have a very color sensitive project, you can request a hard sample of any vinyl or cloth, at an additional cost.

 

Build Time:

Build times are estimated and are by no means a guarantee of any sort. Your table is built to order and there are many factors that can affect your build time that sometimes be out of our control. We always do our best to be within the quoted time frame, but sometimes it is simply out of our hands. 95% of the time we build tables within the time frame quoted when you check out.

 

Expedited Builds:

Expediting a build means we will put you in front of the line, and work overtime or weekend hours to finish your table in half the time of when it would normally be finished. This incurred cost to us is passed onto you as a 20% surcharge.
Expediting build time does not change the actual shipping time, just the build time. There are no expedited freight options at this time.

 

Shipping Time:

Shipping transit times are also an estimate given to us by the shipping company. Shipping can become delayed for a multiple of reasons that are out of everyone’s control.

 

Warranty:

Gorilla Gaming Tables are all covered under our 1 YEAR WARRANTY against defects in workmanship or defects for a period of 1 year after purchase. This does not cover normal wear and tear or any playing surface cloths, rail vinyl, electrical components, or consumable parts. Please send a photo and your description of your warrantee claim to info@gorillagaming.net.

Warranty is very different from damage from shipment, so make sure to read our shipping policy thoroughly before receiving our products to avoid potential issues.
Gorilla Gaming will either repair or replace all parts proven, at Gorilla Gaming’s sole discretion, to be defective.
