We take extreme pride in the quality and craftsmanship of all our gaming tables. We have built a reputation for customer service by going out of our way to make sure our customers are satisfied. In the event that we need to transact a return, here is our policy.
We cannot accommodate returns for items with concealed damage or shipping damage until the insurance portion has been concluded between you and the shipping company. It is very important that you understand the shipping policy to avoid a long delay or the inability to return for damage in shipment.
We will honor exchanges and refunds on all non-custom poker tables for up to 30 days from the date of delivery. All shipping charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer and the freight must be properly packaged and arrive back to us in new condition. If your table was not properly packaged for return transit, we will itemize damaged or lost pieces and deduct it from the final refund total. There is a 20% restocking fee for all tables and any custom artwork or felts are non-refundable, unless there is a manufacturing defect.
If you are initiating a return, please take time to package the products for the trip back to us! Please notify intentions of return/exchange to firstname.lastname@example.org.
We cannot guarantee a perfect color match on any vinyl’s or felts unless you request a hard proof at an additional cost. This is because we cannot control what color your monitor shows you. If you have a very color sensitive project, you can request a hard sample of any vinyl or cloth, at an additional cost.
Gorilla Gaming Tables are all covered under our 1 YEAR WARRANTY against defects in workmanship or defects for a period of 1 year after purchase. This does not cover normal wear and tear of any cloths, or vinyl.
Gorilla Gaming will either repair or replace all parts proven, at Gorilla Gaming’s sole discretion, to be defective.
